Provided compliance consulting and incurred cost submission preparation services including acquired business units covering several years. A repeat customer since 2012.
Alliant Tech (ATK) Space Systems
Provided a variety of accounting support services pursuant to the acquisition of Swales Aerospace including participation in the Costpoint system conversion project. Conducted a detailed review of capital acquisitions relating to the opening balance sheet. Later supported various DCAA audits and performed incurred cost proposal preparation using the ICE model. Recently supported ProPricer proposal activities. A repeat customer from 2008 through 2012.
Swales Aerospace
Provided comprehensive program control services for the THEMIS mission and proposal pricing services for several large proposals. A repeat customer from 2005 through 2008.
PharmAthene
Pricing Services for several major proposals to the US Army and Department Health and Human Services. We also served as a team member for the EVMS implementation and provided budget analysis services. A repeat customer since 2006.
Glazing Contractors, Inc.
Provided Financial Statement compilation, review and business tax services including related entities. Consulted on Accounting System conversion to Quickbooks Enterprise and development of cost collection systems to improve job cost reliability. A repeat customer since 2007.

- Expert experience level with pricing and cost estimating.
- Working in partnership with the Cost Volume Manager, developed numerous proposals using ProPRICER.
- Performing complete range of duties as lead cost analyst for numerous large and complex cost proposals. Includes review of RFP for proposal pricing requirements and potential bidder questions, interface with technical estimators, model development in different systems, support to group and division review teams, coordination with Contracts department, documenting models and training users, preparing audit packages, checklists and supporting review by DCAA auditors.
